circumstances such as strikes, natural disasters, logistical restrictions, among others.

5.1 The user has the right to request a return of the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving it, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

8.2 These Terms of Service are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute arising from these terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Brazilian courts.
