Returns & Refund Policy
Send an email to info@varalmultibrand.com with the subject: RETURN.
You don’t need to specify the problem or reason for the return. In case of damaged products, it is advisable to also send the photo.
We are happy to accept returns of our items within and no later than 7 days for Brazil purchases, or 14 days for international purchases, from the date of receipt, in order to proceed with refunds under the same payment conditions chosen at the time of purchase.
Only items WITH TAGS, UNUSED, UNWASHED AND WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING will be accepted.
We will proceed with the colect of the product and then with the refund.
All costs of the returns are borne by V.A.R.A.L
